Online Submission Guide

ISCSITR – International Journal of Distributed System Research and Development (ISCSITR-IJDSRD)

The International Society for Computer Science and Information Technology Research (ISCSITR) offers two convenient submission options for authors: direct email submission or via our secure online platform powered by PKP’s Open Journal Systems (OJS). Please follow the instructions below according to your preferred method.

Option 1: Submission via Email

You may submit your manuscript directly to the journal’s editorial office at iscsitr@gmail.com. Ensure the following when submitting:

  • Email Subject Line: Paper Submission - [Your Paper Title]

  • Manuscript File: Attach your manuscript as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx format only)

  • Acknowledgment: A confirmation email will be sent within 2–3 business days, confirming receipt and the start of the review process.

Option 2: Submission via Online Portal (OJS)

For a faster and more structured submission experience, use our online submission system. Simply follow these steps:

 1. Register or Log In

  • Visit the ISCSITR-IJDSRD submission portal.

  • New Authors: Click "Register" to create an account.

  • Returning Authors: Log in using your credentials.

2. Start a New Submission

  • Click "New Submission" on your user dashboard.

  • Choose the appropriate manuscript type (e.g., Original Research, Review Article).

 3. Upload Files

  • Upload the main manuscript file in .doc/.docx or .tex format.

  • Attach figures, tables, and supplementary files as needed.

 4. Enter Metadata

  • Fill in your paper's title, abstract, keywords, and author details.

  • Add a complete list of references.

 5. Finalize and Submit

  • Review your submission for completeness and accuracy.

  • Click "Finish Submission" to complete the process.

  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Submission progress can be monitored via your dashboard.

Important Notes for All Submissions

  • Formatting: Manuscripts must comply with the journal’s formatting rules, including font style, referencing format (APA), and structure.

  • Originality: Submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools. All content must be original and properly cited.

  • Peer Review: Both email and portal submissions follow a double-blind peer review process. Decisions are typically communicated within 8–12 weeks.

  • Revisions: If revisions are required, you will receive detailed feedback. Revised manuscripts can be submitted via either method.
