In this paper the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is discussed in improving the Agile project delivery process based on the enterprise setting particularly mobile and cloud platform. The proposed research, based on a quantitative approach, considers the data regarding 250 Agile professionals to discuss the possibility of better planning, risk prediction, and quality management with the help of AI-driven tools. The findings indicate that there are close positive correlations among AI adoption and project success, sprint efficiency and reduction of defects. The results prove that Agile discipline can be used in conjunction with AI knowledge to assist organizations to deliver faster and more reliable and data-driven delivery results and at the same time be flexible, quality-driven, and ethically responsible in the development of products currently relying on technology.
