Online Submission

ISCSITR - International Journal of Cloud Computing (ISCSITR-IJCC)  provides two convenient options for submitting your manuscripts: via email or through our online submission system. Please follow the instructions below based on your preferred method of submission.

1. Option 1: Submit via Email

You can directly send your manuscript via email to the journal's editorial office at iscsitr@gmail.com. Please ensure that your submission includes the following:

  • Subject Line: "Paper Submission - [Your Paper Title]"
  • Manuscript File: Attach your manuscript in Microsoft Word in .doc or .docx only

Acknowledgment: After your submission is received, you will receive an acknowledgment email within 2-3 business days confirming that your paper has been successfully submitted for review.

2. Option 2: Online Submission

For a streamlined and secure submission process, you can submit your manuscript through our online submission portal powered by PKP Open Journal Systems (OJS). Follow these steps to submit online:

Steps to Submit Online:

  1. Login or Register:

    • If you are a new user, click on the “Register” button to create an account.
    • Existing users can log in using their username and password.

  2. Start a New Submission:

    • Click on "New Submission" from your dashboard.
    • Select the appropriate section for your manuscript (e.g., Original Research, Review Article).

  3. Upload Your Manuscript:

    • Upload your manuscript in Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX format.
    • Attach additional files (figures, tables, supplementary materials) if applicable.

  4. Enter Metadata:

    • Provide the title, abstract, keywords, and author information.
    • Add the complete list of references.

  5. Finalize Submission:

    • Review your submission to ensure all files and details are correct.
    • Confirm submission by clicking "Finish Submission."

Acknowledgment: You will receive an automatic confirmation email after completing the submission. You can track the progress of your manuscript through the online system by logging into your account.

Additional Guidelines for Both Submission Methods:

  • Manuscript Format: Ensure that your manuscript adheres to the journal’s formatting guidelines, including font size, spacing, and reference style (APA or other specified format).
  • Plagiarism Check: All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening. Ensure that the manuscript is original and appropriately cites all sources.
  • Peer Review: Both submission methods undergo the same double-blind peer review process. You will be notified of the review outcome within 8-12 weeks.
  • Resubmission (if applicable): If revisions are requested, instructions will be provided, and you can either email the revised manuscript or upload it to the online system.
