This study investigates the strategic transformation of enterprise systems through cloud-native architectures, emphasizing performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. Drawing on case studies from telecom and fintech sectors, the research evaluates the impact of N-tier architecture, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. Quantitative metrics reveal significant improvements: system capacity doubled, uptime reached 99.95%, deployment frequency increased sixfold, and operational costs dropped by over $500,000 monthly. Enhanced telemetry and automation reduced incident resolution time by 87.5% and support ticket volume by 90%. Customer experience metrics such as payment success rate, retention, and self-service adoption also improved markedly. The findings demonstrate that cloud-native transformation not only optimizes technical performance but also drives business agility, customer satisfaction, and sustainability. This paper offers a replicable framework for digital modernization across fintech, telecom, and banking enterprises.
