As climate change intensifies the frequency and severity of health-related challenges, especially in vulnerable regions, the imperative to integrate climate adaptation strategies into public health policy has become urgent. This paper explores the intersection of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and SDG 13 (Climate Action), in shaping resilient health systems. By reviewing literature, analyzing current global policy initiatives, and proposing a framework for integration, this study emphasizes the need for a transdisciplinary approach in health governance. The findings highlight the critical importance of adaptive policy tools, intersectoral coordination, and equity-centered design in public health resilience planning.
