Author Guidelines

International Journal of Medical Science Research and Development (ISCSITR-IJMSRD) welcomes high-quality submissions that align with its scope of advancing medical science and technology. Authors are advised to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and review process.


1. Manuscript Preparation

Authors must adhere to the following formatting and content requirements:

Structure of the Manuscript
  1. Title Page:

    • Title of the manuscript
    • Author names and affiliations
    • Corresponding author’s email address
  2. Abstract:

    • A concise summary (200–300 words) highlighting the study's purpose, methods, key findings, and conclusions.
    • Include 3–5 keywords.
  3. Main Text:

    • Introduction: Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and relevance.
    • Materials and Methods: Provide sufficient details for reproducibility.
    • Results: Present findings in a clear and logical manner, supported by tables and figures if needed.
    • Discussion: Interpret results, highlight implications, and compare with prior studies.
    • Conclusion: Summarize key insights and suggest future directions.
  4. References:

    • Use a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, Vancouver, or IEEE). Include DOIs where available.
  5. Acknowledgments (if applicable): Mention funding sources, contributors, or ethical approvals.

  6. Tables, Figures, and Images:

    • Submit tables and figures separately.
    • Ensure all visuals are high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) and properly labeled.

2. Submission Requirements

  • Manuscripts must be in Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • Include a cover letter detailing:
    • The manuscript's significance.
    • Confirmation that the manuscript is original, not published, and not under consideration elsewhere.

3. Ethical Standards

Authors must ensure adherence to the following:

  • Originality: Submissions must be original and free of plagiarism.
  • Authorship: All listed authors should have contributed significantly to the research.
  • Ethical Approvals: Include approval details for studies involving human or animal subjects.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts.

4. Peer-Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors can expect:

  • Initial screening for scope and format compliance.
  • Detailed review by at least two independent experts.
  • Feedback and decision (acceptance, minor/major revisions, or rejection).

5. Publication and Open Access

ISCSITR-IJMSRD is an open-access journal, ensuring all published articles are freely available to the global community. There are no publication or access fees.
