Abstract

The rapid proliferation of data from complex systems necessitates advanced analytical methods that not only process high-volume data streams but also provide transparent and interpretable insights. This paper explores the integration of Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) techniques within data science frameworks to enhance the interpretability of models analyzing complex systems. By systematically reviewing literature up to 2023, we identify key methodologies, challenges, and opportunities in applying XAI to big data analytics. Our findings suggest that incorporating explainability into data science workflows is crucial for effective decision-making in complex environments.
