The globalization of supply chains has introduced significant challenges concerning trust, transparency, and traceability. Blockchain technology, with its decentralized and immutable ledger system, has emerged as a promising solution to these persistent issues. This paper evaluates the role of blockchain-enabled transparency in improving trust and traceability across global supply networks. Through a review of literature and case examples, we explore how blockchain facilitates data integrity, enhances stakeholder accountability, and mitigates the risks of fraud and counterfeiting. The paper presents conceptual models and performance data from blockchain-integrated supply chains to illustrate key improvements and ongoing challenges.
