Abstract

The shift toward cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is revolutionizing how manufacturing enterprises manage their operations. With real-time data visibility, flexible infrastructure, and scalable deployment models, cloud ERP facilitates improved decision-making, operational efficiency, and cross-functional integration. This paper explores the implementation strategies of cloud-based ERP systems in manufacturing enterprises, highlighting their impact on streamlining production processes, inventory control, and supply chain optimization. It also discusses barriers to adoption and proposes a roadmap for effective integration. By leveraging cloud ERP, manufacturers gain the agility needed to respond rapidly to evolving market and production demands.
