This research investigates the longitudinal influence of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integration on organizational agility and strategic alignment within multinational corporations (MNCs). Drawing on a mixed-methods approach that includes case studies, longitudinal performance data, and cross-sectional analysis across three global regions, the study aims to establish a causal link between ERP integration depth and enhanced decision-making responsiveness, cross-functional coordination, and adaptive strategic behavior. The findings suggest that ERP systems, when fully integrated and strategically aligned, significantly enhance organizational agility over time by reducing information asymmetries and fostering real-time coordination across geographies. However, the benefits vary based on organizational culture, ERP maturity, and regional technological infrastructure.
