The integration of sustainability metrics into core business management has transitioned from a voluntary endeavor to a strategic imperative for long-term value creation. With global pressures from stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and climate change realities, businesses increasingly align environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indicators with their operational models. This paper explores how embedding sustainability metrics in strategic planning not only mitigates risks but also enhances innovation, stakeholder trust, and financial performance. Through a review of existing literature and contemporary analysis, this research highlights methodologies, implementation challenges, and measurable outcomes of sustainable integration.
