As globalization and remote work redefine organizational dynamics, traditional leadership models are increasingly inadequate in managing culturally diverse remote teams. This paper examines emerging leadership frameworks tailored for cross-cultural remote environments in global enterprises. Through reviewing existing literature and synthesizing current trends, it proposes an adaptive, culturally intelligent leadership model integrating technology, communication strategies, and cultural empathy. The goal is to enable effective team performance, enhance engagement, and reduce cultural misunderstandings in remote contexts. The study also highlights key leadership competencies required in a digital global workforce. Practical implications for leadership development and policy restructuring are also discussed.
