Abstract

Volatile market environments demand rapid decision-making, agility, and resilience. Adaptive Business Intelligence (ABI) emerges as a dynamic response framework, enabling organizations to derive actionable insights from vast, fluctuating datasets. This study explores how ABI enhances strategic decision-making in unpredictable conditions by combining real-time analytics, artificial intelligence, and organizational agility. The paper presents key frameworks, comparative insights, and implementation strategies relevant for enterprises operating in rapidly shifting markets. Through literature-based analysis and conceptual modeling, we demonstrate how ABI can be a strategic enabler of competitive advantage and risk resilience.
